All necessary alterations to any supplied art will be billed at
$50/hr.
Ad Materials:
Color ads: Resolution: 300 dpi. All colors must be CMYK.
Color proof required.*
Black & White ads: Resolution: 300 dpi. Proof required.*
A high resolution PDF file is required.
Files can be mailed (on CD Rom), emailed or sent via FTP. (Call
for FTP instructions.) If a PDF file is not provided, production
charges will apply.
Images: Please include all grpahics and images placed,
imported or embedded in the ad. Please be sure that images are
converted from RGB to CMYK. Images must be 300 dpi.
Fonts: Please include all fonts with the ad (Mac fonts
only). If using PC fonts, please make sure the fonts are
embedded in the file submitted.
*Proofs: Advertisers must supply a proof of the ad to be
printed in actual size. ASO cannot guarantee the quality of the
ads supplied without a proof and will not accept responsibility
for inaccuracies if a proof is not provided.
